Nataki Talibah Schoolhouse of Detroit (NTSD) provides a Social Studies Immersion Program for children in kindergarten through eighth grade. The educational philosophy of NTSD is founded upon the Psychology of the Norm, an approach that fosters a healthy worldview beginning with an examination and appreciation of self, family, community and extending . . . . outward. A well-developed self-concept becomes a springboard for multicultural and multilingual exploration and understanding. The Psychology of the Norm promotes curiosity and investigation, as well as purpose and responsibility.
